As a bilingual in-home caregiver, you’ll assist with daily activities and communicate with clients in English or Spanish, depending on their preferences. Responsibilities include:

• Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care assistance
• Meal preparation and support with established dietary needs
• Medication reminders and reporting changes or concerns to the office
• Mobility assistance and fall-prevention reminders
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
• Errands and assistance with everyday tasks as needed
• Following each client’s care plan and communicating with the care team

We’re Looking for Caregivers Who:

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
• Are dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Have caregiving experience or willingness to learn
• Can follow safety instructions carefully (especially fall-risk care)
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Can pass background check and drug screening
• Show up consistently and take pride in their work
